ABIDING INFORMATION

Admission & Registration Procedure

1.10% seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC candidates on the basis of producing caste certificate as per governments.

2.Notification regarding registration appear in the newspapers & also displayed on the Notice Board at the school reception counter.

3.Registration of ca child’s name is not a guarantee at all for his/her admission to this school.

4.An attested copy of most recent result available from last school if any, should be submitted along with registration form duly completed.

5.Date of Entrance test/Interview will be given at the time of registration.
Age Limit Pre Nursery :- 2 & half years, Nursery:- 3 & half Years, K.G. 4 & half years on 31st March of the year of admission & subsequently add only year per class.

6.Registration to ant higher class is subject to availability & expected to be very few.
There will be written test and interview the admission to the class 1st onwards. Parents are to be Interviewed at the time of admission.

Admission –

The eligible criteria will be as per recommendation of C.B.S.E. Rules. The selection of candidates can not be done until the promotion list have been finalized No request/recommendation will be accepted. In all matters the Principal’s decision is final. Principal reserves the right to cancel the admission if any false information is found. Documents to be attached at the time of admission; Recent passport size colour photograph duly pasted on specified place on admission form, attested photocopy of municipal birth certificate/most recent result cared & original school leaving certificate of affiliated/recognized school with counter sigh, Registration card issued by C.B.S.E. of IX for admission in X onwards.

Admission will be treated provisional till the submission of above said documents is not confirmed. Principal reserves the right to cancel the admission if required documents are not produced with in specified period.

Withdrawal Rules
A one month notice is required for withdrawal if the students leave the school in the mid-session of the school, T.C. will be issued on clearing the six month fees.
Admission in IX class is not entitled to get T.C. in XI & Simultaneous for X & XI.

TRANSPORT

School has set up its own, comfort, convenient & safest transport of the city & nearby areas.
School transport is available only on agreement months & discontinuation in mid session is not allowed.
School authorities reserve the right increase the transport charges if there is any price hike in diesel/petrol during session.
